There are so many reasons why Bold Point farm is the ideal destination for children.  We are kid friendly, kid ready and kid prepared. In order for parents to relax they need to feel that their children are in a safe environment.  The cottage is located in the half acre garden which is fully fenced with good gates.  So you can sit on your deck or enjoy some privacy in the cottage and know that your little ones cannot “run off and get lost”.  So with peace of mind sit back, sip your coffee and relax or enjoy playing with  your children  in the many activities that we like to foster on the farm.

Children can help:

- collect the eggs in the morning
- feed the chickens and ducks
- go “ram riding” ( a speciality at Bold Point Farm )
- pick fruits or vegetables
- play ball, badminton or bocci
- water the plants
- lying on a blanket under the cherry tree with dad in the hammock nearby
- shuck the peas or string the beans
- bottle feed the lambs
- pick flowers for the salad

Family shared activities within walking distance
- swimming in a secluded lagoon down by the ocean
- swimming in pristine fresh water lakes
- take the canoe or row boat for a spin
- hike through a forest to the lake
- explore a beautiful meadow
- take a nature walk with Rod
