Slow Food Meals and Conversations:
A major appreciation from guests has been to walk the
gardens and pastures, in discussion about life at Bold
Point Farmstay. The conversations are blended with
nibbling berries, herbs and vegetables from the garden.
Guests are encouraged to help pick ingredients for the
evening meal. Suppers are also available for B&B
plus Cottage guests.

canning, jam making, fruit drying, and smoking of meats.
We can show you and teach you how to make country wines
and jam from wild berries (salmonberry, currants, Oregon

mushrooms, dyes.
We will share our knowledge with your about planting
and harvesting organic vegetables, wild crafted teas,
