• A non-refundable booking/ registration deposit equal to 25% of the program is required  to secure the registration, the deposit must be received within 15 calendar days of confirmed attendance.

• Deposit: VISA or MasterCard at time of booking

• Full payment of fees must be received 60 days prior to arrival.

• For registrations with less than two (2) months notice, full payment must be secured by a major credit  card or a bank transfer within 15 calendar days of the booking.

• For any final payment made by credit card, a surcharge of 5% will be added.

• Final Payment can be made using cash, travel cheques, international money orders in Canadian dollars or by bank transfer.

1) A full refund will be issued if a guest gives written notice more than 60 calendar days prior to arrival, less 25% of the deposit or 50$, whichever is greater to cover administration costs.

2) For cancellations with less than 59 days but more than 30 days written notice, a 50% of the package price shall be returned, if a replacement guest is registered, equal to or greater than the fees of the cancelling reservation.

3) For cancellations of all or part of a reservation, with less than 30 calendar days, no refund of the package price shall be given, unless a replacement guest is registered, equal to or greater than the fees of the cancelling guest.  A 50% refund shall be given, should a replacement guest be registered and payment received.

4) Notice of the cancellation must be given in writing, by certified mail, by fax, email or in person.

5) Upon the commencement of a reservation, if a guest chooses to leave, no refund will be made.

6) Program Cancellation by Bold Point Farmstay:
In the event that Bold Point Farmstay is unable to complete or continue with a guests program, a full refund of unused     accommodations, transportation fees will be made.

7) In the event of accident, death in the family, other hardships or circumstances, Bold Point Farmstay options to be less demanding in their refund policy.

In consideration of Bold Point Farmstay, organizing, arranging and providing for my benefit, educational and recreational activities, I acknowledge that such activities may expose myself to some risk of physical, mental or financial damages due to accident or other events.

I, ____________________________,therefore release Bold Point Farmstay, the business owners, or their staff, from any claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of actions for loss, injury or damage to myself and my private property which might be incurred while attending or participating.
